Exceptional You-Victoria Osteen

All I can say is, wow! This book is the perfect marriage of a spiritual cheerleader and a motivational speaker on speed dial. Victoria does an amazing job of encouraging the reader of their worth in Christ. She has a deep desire for the reader to understand just how skilled and exceptional they are. She gives examples from Scripture of people who did not believe in who they were created to be, but spent time with God and He showed them what they were going to be. One of my favorite quotes is: “If we are going to accomplish our dreams and reach the fullness of our destiny, we must press past our excuses and put aside the no, grab hold of our yes, and take bold steps of faith“-pg 19. I recommend this book to any woman who has any doubt in their calling or the abilities and gifts that God has blessed them with.
